Stoneholl Order Coupon Grid Filter for Magento 2

Find coupon orders faster. Add coupon-code filtering, an independent Coupon Used filter and purchased-currency discounts to your Magento 2 order grid.

Coupon details, right in your order grid.

Find orders by coupon code, distinguish orders with and without coupons, and view discount amounts without opening individual orders. The module adds focused tools to Sales > Orders in Magento 2 Admin.

Three independent order-grid tools

Coupon Code

Enable the column from Columns and use its text filter to find matching coupon codes. The column is hidden by default.

Coupon Used

Use the independent Yes / No filter even when the Coupon Code column or feature is disabled. No matches a null or empty coupon code.

Discount Amount (Purchased)

See the order discount with its native sign in the currency used to place the order. The column is hidden by default.

What the filter tells you

Coupon Used checks whether a non-empty coupon code is attached to the order. An automatic promotion can produce a discount without a coupon. Values retain Magento 2’s standard negative discount sign and are not converted into a common currency. Coupon-code queries on large order volumes should be assessed against the store’s database and workload. Adobe Commerce-specific functionality is outside scope.

Read-only, local and free

The MIT module reads coupon and discount values locally under native Magento 2 Sales permissions. It creates no tables, credentials, telemetry or outbound network requests. Offline Stoneholl Core 1.x is required; Connector is optional. No Stoneholl account or paid entitlement is required. The website demo uses fictional orders only.

Install with Composer

Run composer require stoneholl/module-order-coupon-grid-filter:^1.0, then bin/magento module:enable Stoneholl_Core Stoneholl_OrderCouponGridFilter, bin/magento setup:upgrade and bin/magento cache:flush. Follow your deployment-mode requirements for DI compilation. Open Stores > Configuration > Stoneholl > Order Coupon Grid Filter. All three features are enabled by default; choose optional columns from Columns in Sales > Orders.

Compatibility and release evidence

Release documentation records Magento Open Source 2.3.7-p4 / PHP 7.4.33 and Magento Open Source 2.4.9 / PHP 8.5.9 focused runtime checks, including indexing, CSV export, configuration and authorization. Authenticated browser acceptance was performed on 2.4.9. Other supported Magento/PHP combinations remain declarations. Supports synchronous and asynchronous grid indexing; requires Stoneholl Core ^1.0.

Good to know

How do I filter Magento2 orders by coupon code?

Enable Coupon Code Column and Filter, save the configuration and use the Coupon Code filter in the Magento 2 order grid. Reveal the optional columns through Columns.

Why can I filter by coupon usage without showing the code?

Coupon Used is an independent filter. It does not require the Coupon Code column or its feature to be enabled.

Why do discounts usually have a minus sign?

The module displays the native order discount amount in the purchased currency; it does not change its sign.

What happens when I disable a feature?

The component is removed from Columns, Filters, rendering and CSV export as applicable. When all features are disabled, the Magento 2 module does not join sales_order. Re-enabling a column may restore a previous bookmark’s visibility.

Does this demo use my store data?

No. All demo orders are fictional. Settings, filtering and CSV generation run in this page and never connect to Magento 2.
